A Career Built in Healthcare Leadership

As a seasoned licensed Physical Therapist, Nursing Home Administrator, and Certified Dementia Practitioner, Founder Tamara Fye spent her career at the intersection of clinical care and senior-living leadership. She observed the challenges families face: overwhelming choices, shifting roles, evolving care needs, and rising complexity.

Tamara understands that an aging parent is more than their current care needs—they are individuals with rich stories, lifelong accomplishments, and deep emotional legacies. She advocates for care that honors who they are and supports families through each transition with empathy, clarity, and deep professional insight.

In her executive roles, Tamara led teams in assisted and independent living communities, memory care communities, skilled nursing facilities/nursing homes, and rehabilitation. She saw the impact of early planning, safe transitions, and thoughtful advocacy — and she also saw how the lack of guidance amplified stress, confusion, and risk for families.

Whether your loved one is just beginning to face challenges, or you’re already in the process of needing solutions — we meet you where you are, with the experience and empathy to guide you forward.

Whenever you’re ready, we’re here to help you with every step, every decision, and every moment.
